That fog should lift by mid-morning as a cold front sweeps through, bringing drier air behind it. Down in Philadelphia and the southeast, you're hitting 70 degrees today with morning showers wrapping up by noon. That fog clears as west winds pick up around 10 miles an hour. Central Pennsylvania — Harrisburg and State College — partly sunny skies take over after the fog burns off by 9 A.M. Highs around 65 degrees. Pleasant afternoon ahead.
