Isabella Cêpa is a Brazilian graphic designer and radical feminist influencer who was persecuted and eventually forced into exile after she posted a video in 2020 commenting on a freshly-elected trans-identified member of São Paolo’s municipal government, Erika Hilton (previously Felipe Santos Silva), stating that he is a man. She was sued for “social racism” as Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court ruled in 2019 that discrimination against ‘LGBTQ Community’ constituted a penal offense, under existing race-based protections.
