He's made a career of brewing some of the finest beers in the country, so his seasoned perspective brought a lot of background knowledge to these tastings

We went through some beauties from Beak, Burning Sky and (yeah I know, not beer!) Torn Plant, and as a fun little twist, also did a taste test using some fancy glassware that Nicole brought along
