There are moments in life when you look at what happened to you and there is simply no way to call it good.

Someone betrayed you.

Someone lied about you.

Someone deliberately tried to hurt you.

A door closed that you desperately wanted to remain open.

Or perhaps you are carrying regret because some of what happened came through decisions you wish you could change.

And sometimes Christians rush too quickly to say, “Everything happens for a reason.”
