Colin is trying to help his good friend Penelope, but things take an embarrassing turn for Penelope. Meanwhile the Featherington sisters are incredibly stupid, but they give this series the lighthearted comedic relief it needs. Oh, and there are fireworks and butterflies. All it takes is a great kiss sometimes!
