That light drizzle hitting your windshield right now? It's just the opening act. A cold front is pushing through the state. And behind it comes the real show. We're looking at a 15 to 25 percent chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. Any storm that fires up could bring brief heavy downpours, gusty winds. And even small hail.
In the next 24 hours. In the Willamette Valley, you'll hit a high of 54 degrees. The best chance for thunder is between 10 A.M. and 4 P.M. South in the Eugene area, expect a slightly cooler 49 degrees with the same storm threat. You'll notice the feels-like temperature dropping to 41 degrees by mid-morning.
