Jack, known professionally as Hazy Fades, is a barber with nine years of experience in the industry. He started his barbering journey at a young age, cutting his cousin's hair when he was around 10 years old, though his first attempt was not a success.

His professional career began after he saw a Facebook post from LMC Barbershop. Jack spent three years at LMC Barbershop, learning the fundamentals of barbering and developing his skills.

He transitioned to working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, seeing it as an opportunity to start his own business. This move, while challenging, was supported by his fiancée, Steph, and proved to be a significant step in his career.
