And it's pointed straight at us. Precipitable water values are near record territory for early March. That's the engine behind everything you're seeing today. In the next 24 hours. Southwest Ohio is catching it first. Cincinnati's sitting at 50 degrees with heavy rain already falling. One to two inches possible by morning. A Flood Watch is in effect for southern counties through Wednesday afternoon. If you're near creeks or low spots, you'll want to keep an eye on water levels tonight. Drive up I-71 to Columbus and you're at 44 degrees. Rain is likely through the evening. Lows tonight hold in the mid 40s. That damp chill soaks right through your jacket.
