The rest of the state? Different vibe entirely. Northeast Ohio is waking up at 22 degrees under a thick gray blanket. That chill bites through your coat before you even reach the car. But sunshine punches through later this morning. Cleveland tops out at a modest 34 degrees. Columbus splits the difference nicely. A slight chance of early flurries, then highs climb to 45 degrees.
