Folks, if you're in northeast Ohio tonight, buckle in. That East Coast blizzard is about to hand Lake Erie the keys. And lake effect snow is coming in hot. Light flakes start falling around 6 P.M. By 7 P.M., you're looking at near blizzard conditions. Gusts hitting 35 miles an hour. Visibility dropping to almost nothing. By Monday morning, 2 to 5 inches on the ground. Monday adds another 18 degrees to 18 degrees. Wind chills in the single digits by Monday night. That's the kind of cold that makes your teeth ache.
Now slide down to central Ohio. You're getting off easier, but not scot free. Snow showers roll in around 5 P.M. And taper off by 2 A.M. Less than an inch sticks, but northwest winds make it feel like 13 degrees by morning. Highs today barely ...
