The Swingin' A's are back. Through the first two series of the year, the A's have one of the most potent offenses in baseball. They are not perfect, certainly, but this team is showing a lot of fight early on and there have been plenty of good surprises so far. Through seven games they sit 4-3, which is a heck of a lot better than the so called experts around baseball predicted. People are already starting to talk about this island of misfit toys.
