On the latest episode, I'm delighted to be joined by Nikki Veasey who some of you may know from her selfless work with Mo Chara Animal Rescue. Nikki sits down with me for my first in person interview of the season to discuss her life especially the last number of years which saw her sadly lose her husband Andy to cancer. We talk about her journey to finding herself which included incredible weight loss, cosmetic surgery, which unfortunately led to complications, the discovery of massive tumour and and so much more.

One of the key takeways from this for me, is to never judge someone on their coping strategies or by what you perceive from the outside looking in..
