What the heck. 32 and I have no idea who I am, what I like or what makes me feel alive anymore.
Using superficial change to mask other changes that need to happen.
Realizing I am not kind to myself. More to come on this
Just expressing a realization about doing the same thing over and over.
Identifying restlessness in myself
Realizing that not being able to ask for help has hindered many relationships for me.
Just thoughts on having hobbies
