Directed by Ron Howard, A BEAUTIFUL MIND is a biopic about mathematician John Nash (Russell Crowe), a schizophrenic whose life goes off the rails and must be put back on track with the help of his student-turned-wife Alicia (Jennifer Connelly). Y’know, quintessential Oscar-bait bullshit.
