Proverbs, part of the wisdom literature in the Bible, is an invitation to experience the good life that comes when we follow God's wisdom instead of our own. The authors encourage us to follow Lady Wisdom rather than Lady Folly. While not commands or even promises, Proverbs leads us to choose to live life God's way rather than doing what is right in our own eyes.
