Today on New Mexico Rising, we are going to be speaking with Karen Bedonie.As an Entrepreneur and Mother of 8, Mrs. Bedonie entered the political fray by running last year as a Republican in the primary for congressional district 3, where she was somewhat surprisingly able to garner 27.8 percent of the vote despite having a campaign which was hampered by strict lockdowns in the Navajo Nation.She now seeks the Republican nomination for Governor along with Jay Block, Greg Zanetti, Tim Walsh, and Rebecca Dow.Bedonie is known as a staunch conservative who continues to build grassroots support based on a seemingly unwavering message of constitutionalism and individual liberty.She will be joining us today to dig into her vision of leading New Mexico forward during increasingly tumultuous times.
