Buffalo sits at 58, though breezy southwest winds gusting to 39 miles an hour will keep things lively out there. Tonight stays mild under partly cloudy skies. Most of the state holds in the mid-40s. Western New York cools to 43. Tuesday brings more sunshine and even warmer temperatures. New York City and Albany both climb to 68.
