New York City hit 47 degrees today under partly sunny skies. The Capital Region sat in the upper 30s under clouds. Western and Central New York saw a few snow showers with highs in the mid 30s. Nothing dramatic. That changes fast. Here's what's coming your way. Snow and rain creep into the city after 4 AM. The Capital Region sees light snow after 9 degrees AM, dropping to 27 degrees.
