Good morning. New Jersey. I'm Aaron Jolly. Step outside and you'll walk straight into a wall of gray. Dense fog has dropped visibility to a quarter mile or less across much of the state. If you're on the road before 7 A.M., slow down and flip those headlights on. The fog advisory lifts at 7, but it'll take another hour or so to fully burn off. Light showers are drifting through this morning, mostly wrapping up by 8 A.M. South Jersey might catch a rumble of thunder this afternoon as a cold front pushes in, but nothing severe. By evening, the front clears, clouds break apart. And we settle into a quiet night. Temperature-wise, we're sitting at 51 degrees right now.
