Up in North Jersey, light snow starts around 7 A.M. and sticks around through lunch. You're looking at a coating to maybe half an inch. Just enough to make the sidewalks slippery. Highs hit 38 degrees before the bottom falls out tonight. Central Jersey gets the messy version. Rain and snow mix between 7 and 11 A.M., then clouds linger all day. Highs near 40 degrees with a north wind at 10 miles an hour. Not awful. Yet. Down in South Jersey, you dodge most of it. Just a slight chance of a rain shower mid-morning.
