Good evening! I'm Aaron Jolly. And welcome to the New Hampshire Weather Podcast for Sunday, February 22nd. Folks, a nor'easter is barreling toward us tonight. And this one means business.
Right now you're sitting at a deceptively calm 33 degrees. Enjoy that while it lasts. Snow starts sweeping into southern New Hampshire around 9 P.M. By 8 A.M. Monday, we're buried. Blizzard warnings are up for Rockingham and Hillsborough counties. We're talking 8 to 12 inches of snow with gusts hitting 50 miles an hour. That's whiteout territory. The kind of storm where you lose your driveway.
Down in Nashua and Manchester, tonight's lows drop to 21 degrees. Wind chill? Feels like 5. Monday's high barely crawls to 29 with snow still blowing sideways. Drive north on 93 toward Concord and Laconia. And snow arrives closer to 10 P.M. You're looking at 6 to 10 inches ...
