Mike Brcic is the founder of Wayfinders, a community that takes founders and leaders into remote wilderness environments for multi-day expeditions designed to build real connection, courage, and clarity. He's spent years studying what happens when high-performing people step away from optimization and into challenge, discomfort, and awe. When he's not in the backcountry, he's a dad of three and a relentless tinkerer at the intersection of community, facilitation, and adventure.
