And the overnight low barely budged from 40. The clouds acted like a blanket. And they're not done with us yet. In the next 24 hours. Dense fog is the main hazard this morning, especially across northeast Nebraska. Visibility could drop to a quarter mile or less through about 8 A.M. If you're commuting that direction, give yourself extra time and use those low beams. Here's where it gets interesting. Western Nebraska is seeing a completely different day. While the east stays socked in with clouds, the Panhandle clears out and warms up to 65 degrees this afternoon. Eastern and Southeast Nebraska both top out near 55 under stubborn clouds.
