A native of Jersey Shore beach towns, David Z. Wilson wound up in Boston for college and launched a career in the wine industry. In the early 2000's he was drawn back to Asbury Park, NJ and found himself cooking and tending bar all over Asbury, including a stint as the helm of kitchen ans tot fryer at the legendary Asbury Lanes. As we'd later find out, those tots were bartered for many things throughout the years! While David had no formal cooking training, he says you learn quickly when someone hands you an onion and a knife.
