We first caught up with Mark Callazzo on episode 8 of the MulletCast when he discussed some of the early progress of his development on Tennessee Avenue in Atlantic City. During this episode, the progress was evident as we visited the new location of the Iron Room restaurant, and a tour bus of attendees of the Realtor's Triple Play Convention pulled up to tour Mark's properties on a portion of what has become known as the Orange Loop. Mark is the definition of an entrepreneur. He founded and led multiple real estate companies over the past three decades that still thrive today and serve as a model for other similar companies.
