South winds blow steady around 11 miles an hour, gusting to 30 at times. Not a drop of rain today. Down along the Gulf Coast, you're waking up to 52 degrees around 5 A.M. You reach 68 by 1 P.M. as winds shift from southwest to south around 10 A.M. Mostly sunny skies and another dry day. Now head north and the story changes.
