On the deteriorating orbital station of Arcturus IV, failing spin gravity and compromised digital sensors have allowed a massive alien beast to secretly colonize the lower decks. A squad of manufactured infantry is sent down to Deck 34 to map the creature's nursery and plant seismic charges to collapse the breeding substrate.

The parent beast has pressurized the compartments with digestive enzymes, creating a lethal atmosphere that liquefies living soldiers inside their intact armor. When the squad cuts the hatch seal to breach the nursery, the pressure differential blows the door inward, crushing their officer and flooding the shaft with a corrosive yellow mist.
