I thought it’d only be appropriate to launch the show by introducing myself to the audience, and giving you all a little backstory on my wellness journey, my modeling career, my fitness training experience, my pregnancy, my birth story, and motherhood so far. This is a very condensed version of my story, and there will be many more solo episodes to come where I’ll go more in depth on specific topics, but here’s just a little bit about me, and why I wanted to start this podcast in the first place. Just to name a few accolades. I was introduced to Hope through my man, who has known her for 10 plus years now, and has shot her many times over the years. Hope encouraged me to look at some alternative birth options, and is really the person I’d give a lot of credit to, in making my decision to do a home birth.
