This time we're analyzing the narrative, aesthetic and political contributions Frank Miller made the to the DC canon. We take the entire Miller Bat-saga into consideration in this conversation, but the majority of our analysis is comparing and contrasting two works: Batman: Year One and The Dark Knight Returns: The Golden Child. Since Miller has written every installment of the story out of order, understanding the continuity can be a bit confusing.
