Rain shows up around 11 A.M. and clears out by 4 P.M. We're talking less than a tenth of an inch.. Barely enough to wet the pavement. Tonight, skies clear fast and you drop to 31 degrees. Central Maryland tops out at 42 degrees. Rain kicks in a bit earlier, around 10 A.M., peaking near noon. Tonight you settle at 31 under clearing skies. Western Maryland? You're the warm spot today at 45 degrees. Rain's possible between 11 A.M. and 3 P.M. But tonight you own the cold crown.. 27 degrees under mostly clear skie ...
