The first commercial development within Lumina is due for completion in the second half of 2023. Proxima, a Centre of Excellence in Paediatrics with Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure, Griffith University, Gold Coast Health, Cancer Imaging & Therapy Centre and Mater Pathology already committed as tenants.
