Self-love is your ability to be tapping into the knowing that you deserve love instead of seeking that love on the outside from other people. Self-love is your stepping stone to building your own self development journey. We forget that by chasing love on the outside and trying to be good to other people so they love us, we compromise the love that we are seeking. The deepest love that we are seeking can only come from ourselves.
