Women seek validation simply because they don’t allow to give that approval to themselves. In reality the only approval we seek is our own. We have this twisted pattern going on, that “I need an approval from another person, so I can give myself permission to be/do/have whatever it is that I am validating”. People pleasing is a disease of the mind that must be stopped in order for us women to step into our empowered state of being.
