We kick off the discussion with some recent changes to a local Soulard mainstay named Social Bar & Grill. A list of new rules for their patrons to follow was released over the weekend and some of the changes seem drastic. This leads us to further ponder if this will be the new norm for other sports bars and is there a different community or area of St. Louis that their rule changes would suit more.
