Praying the Psalms (Psalm 107)

The disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray. Prayer is not natural for us. At least not real, biblical prayer. Complaints and wish lists and pouring our hearts out is natural, but is that all prayer is?  God gave us not only instruction on how to pray, but even gave us an entire book of prayer in the Psalms. In this sermon, the psalmist commends the redeemed of the Lord to "say so," to speak aloud of His steadfast love. We spend the final 15 minutes of the service letting the redeemed of the Lord "say so" with impromptu sharing of testimonies of God's steadfast love in their life.
