Coming off Christmas this past weekend, Veronica had a great idea to discuss life and traditions.

Traditions can be such a beautiful thing and can evoke so many memories, feelings and emotions from the past and while being present. With that being said, you have the ability to continue, evolve, change or stop these traditions.
