Eliyahu Hanavi is said to be the one that will come in the future to answer all unresolved halachic queries posed in the Talmud. Seemingly, his prophetic status will inspire these halachic resolutions. If so, won’t these divinely inspired conclusions conflict with the rule that Torah does not belong to the Heavens?
