In this episode of LEAD UNI, host Jesse Heath sits down with Tracy Ferguson, Campus Programs Coordinator in Student Involvement and Event Services at the University of Northern Iowa. As advisor to the Campus Activities Board (CAB), Tracy works alongside student leaders to create meaningful campus experiences while helping them develop confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of belonging.

Drawing on years of mentoring students, Tracy explores how leadership has evolved alongside a new generation of college students.
