It feels like April stole February's keys. Eastern Kentucky is already sitting at 65 degrees. That's nearly 15 degrees above normal. Let that sink in. Here's the deal. The state's got a nice little temperature gradient going this morning. Down in North Central, you're waking up to 55 degrees with southwest winds pushing 10 to 15 miles an hour. Head over to Central Kentucky and it's 53 degrees. But those gusts could hit 21 miles an hour. Enough to knock a trash can sideways.
