The decision of the then KP Oli government to exchange about 344 bigha of land under the Giribandhu Tea Estate (Giribandhu Tea Estate) in Jhapa was termed by the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court as 'completely unfair, immature and subject to loan conditions'.
