I almost didn’t record this episode.

Lately, I haven’t felt like myself. I’ve been sick, mentally worn down, discouraged, and honestly struggling to find the motivation to keep creating. I’ve questioned the podcast, questioned whether any of this is actually making a difference, and found myself paying far too much attention to numbers that were never supposed to determine my worth.

And if I’m being completely honest…I’ve thought about quitting.

So this episode is different.
