Step outside and you'll hear it. That steady drizzle has been working overtime since midnight, soaking the ground with nearly two-tenths of an inch. Dense fog has rolled in thick enough to cut with a knife. Visibility down to a quarter mile in spots.
In the next 24 hours. But here's where it gets interesting. Indiana is running two completely different mornings right now. Southwest Indiana is sitting at 59 degrees with thunderstorms rumbling through. Central Indiana? Fifty-four degrees and wrapped in fog. Keep pushing north and it's a different world entirely. Northern Indiana is stuck at 42 degrees. And the Northeast is a chilly 38 degrees.
