This week’s episode I had the pleasure of having my amazing friend Lovie on the show. We touched on her story of finding inner child work and how important and impactful it has been in her healing evolution.

Lovie had some beautiful insight on how she operated with her inner child work and has given advice on how you can start incorporating these practices into yours if you feel called to.
