Sounds decent until that steady 12 miles an hour west wind keeps your face feeling like the teens. Tonight drops to 26 under partly cloudy skies. Dry all day, dry all night. No drama up north.. Yet. Now slide down to Central Illinois. You're waking up warmer at 30 degrees. And here's where it gets fun. Highs push to 47 by 2 P.M. Almost balmy. But enjoy that warmth while the sun's up.. Because snow sneaks in around 8 P.M. It peaks near midnight, likely dropping less than half an inch before wrapping up ...
