Northwest winds are howling, with gusts potentially hitting 60 miles an hour, while that creates dangerous crosswinds for high-profile vehicles. And visibility could drop near zero in blowing dust, if you're traveling on Interstate 15, use extreme caution. Also, keep an eye on the Palouse River near Potlatch—there's a Flood Warning in effect until late tonight. Down in the Treasure Valley, skies clear out tonight with a low dropping to 28 degrees.
