After a horrendous peri-menopause - when no-one was talking about it - Andrea is on a mission to empower midlife women with information. As a result she has organised the groundbreaking Scottish ‘Pause Summit, taking place in Glasgow on 25 October 2025.Andrea is the Creative Pause Coach - a menopause expert - helping women understand, navigate, and thrive in midlife using creativity. Andrea also paints personalised pet portraits (Sacha & Friends), mandala art, cloudscapes and other individual commissions. In 2025 she created and launched her HeARTfelt Hugs stationery range too.Andrea lives in Scotland, UK and is Mum to 3 humans and 3 dogs.
