Using The Pillars of The Leadership Redemption Framework Rasheen captured Malaika's story entitled, Finding the Strength and Joy in Being Resilient captured her life's journey that included suffering the loss of both of her parents in her junior year in college which left her with the mantle of caring for her siblings at age 21. In essence, this episode features Malaika’s powerful journey through trauma, loss, survival, and a powerful spiritual reckoning, offering listeners a raw and redemptive reflection of the joy that can come out of sorrow. Rasheen framework captures what it really means when leaders are able to build bridges of hope and redemption in crisis when they can lead redemptively from a healed place despite the challenges life throws their way.

Dr. Mojisola "Mo" Edu is a fellow alumni of Harvard Graduate School of Education class of 2025 who graduated along side podcast host Rasheen Jamison-Richardson. During the podcast you will witness the warmth of their relationship in their dialogue which makes Rasheen elated to Build Bridges of Hope & Redemption by capturing Mo's Leadership Story of Redemption that includes being chosen by her classmates and professors as HGSE's Class of 2025 class Marshall for the E.L.O.E. Ep. 5 Building Bridges: Alicia Thompson's Leadership Story of Redemption
Title: When The Wisdom of Life Burns Bright At Any Age Alicia Thompson is a fellow alumni of Harvard Graduate School of Education Class of 2025 who graduated along side Rasheen Jamison-Richardson. They came to know, respect, and honor the work they produce from being closely connected as they both matriculated the ELOE Residential Masters program in what was called their Micro Learning Community (MLC). On the podcast Rasheen celebrates Alicia's creation and launch of her event she launched at Harvard entitled 5 Burning Questions. Alicia's vision drew prominent leaders, artists, acclaimed celebrities, and youth to the stage that included Windell Pierce, Imani Perry, Andre Holland, and others who made a major impact on the world. Rasheen's podcast features her rich relationship & journey with Alicia as they both share wisdom, stories, and redemptive moments through the lens of the Leadership Redemption Resilience Framework.
