Matt spent much of his life in the kitchen, dedicating himself to feeding others and perfecting the craft of cooking. After years behind the line creating dishes that brought people together, his passion has evolved into teaching the next generation and sharing the deeper meaning of hospitality and food.

Mary’s journey took a different path. She devoted her career to communications and broadcasting, helping tell the stories of others. Now retired, she has found a new purpose in giving back to the community through conversation, connection, and the universal language of food.
