Story-Time With Foster Griffin

This week of 4/20, baseball fans can catch every Orioles-affiliated team in action all in one week, a rare treat for anyone following the full organization. On the food front, we're recapping the vegan options at Nationals Stadium, including some thoughts on the best plant-based bites you can find at a ballpark. Over at Nats Kids Opening Day, the festivities doubled as a birthday celebration for mascot Screech, with pitcher Griffin bringing a special touch by reading a Charlie Brown Baseball story to our kids and they got to take home a copy of the book. The energy was also high thanks to the Mascot Chase, where our family had to hunt down Screech and snap a photo before the fourth inning, turning the time pressure into a really fun bonus activity for the kids.
