Hey guys! In todays episode I chat with Fran!

For those of you who had been following along on my @hightidelowtideau instagram page you will have seen his face along the way as he helped me set up my podcast studio in my kitchen lol. He has been an integral part of this journey and it was my honour to have him as my very first guest.

A footy boy and a musician Fran talks a lot about how as a man he was taught not to show emotions growing up and how this influenced him as an adult. We chat about the ups and downs he has had along the way- including fist fights, mismatched psychologists and medication.

Fran is super open about what he has been through and I am so proud of how far he has come.
